Innovene Co., Ltd. , director and owner Brigitte Hoffmann, is the sole owner
and copyright holder for any and all templates featured on this website. The
Innovene copyright in the footer can be removed or edited with your own info
after your purchase. Purchasers copyrights should be for the content and/or
images they have added to the template. You do not need to leave any references
to Innovene on your website or in the website template, however you may not
claim copyright rights for the template design.
All Templates are sold for a single website use. Reselling or giving any Innovene template to any other party not outlined below is a violation of copyright law. There are no restrictions on how any purchaser uses one copy of any Innovene template purchased from www.innovene-solutions.com . Innovene templates can be used for any type of website to sell or display any type of product or service. Innovene templates can be used for business,
corporations, organizations, stores,
adult sites, any type of institution or for personal or family websites. They can be modified in any way a client would like. Clients are free to add and remove images, scripts, applications, pages, etc.,as any purchaser would like.
Any Innovene template can be used multiple times with no reuse fees required for the same website in multiple languages (reusing the template for each language) or, for the same site or same business that is setup on multiple domains. In clear terms, any Innovene template can be used multiple times for the same business owned by the same company
Innovene templates are sold for a single website use. After the first use of a template or add-on on a website, we ask that business websites and web design firms pay 50% of the selling price for any template use beyond the first usage, either for themselves or for any of their clients. If you are a web designer or developer and are setting up one of our templates for a client, you do NOT have to inform your client of the Innovene "Template Usage Agreement" and you may remove all references to Innovene Design from the template pages. Your client then owns the copyright for that website and is free to sell the site one time without any payments to Innovene.
If you are using one of our templates for more than one client, a 50% template price payment is expected for every use after the first use. You may also NOT sell blank Innovene templates for clients to setup themselves. If a designer sets up a website for a client and the client then wants to do their own editing after that, or work with you to edit the template this is NOT a violation of this users agreement.
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Innovene Co., Ltd. This does not apply to setting up a promotional website or personal or corporate resume on a CD or diskette for advertising purposes. This only applies to attempting to redistribute our templates for re-use by other parties.
Images included in any Innovene template download can be used freely on the purchasers website. Images included in the download may be modified freely, resized and page location or placement can be changed on any or all of the template pages. Our template images are royalty free provided. A few photos (i.e. hotel rooms) are not royalty free and a hyperlink to the provider must remain on the website. Images may not be resold or distributed to other parties unless the website is
being sold a single time. Template images may not be used for projects, including printed material, other than for use on the purchased Innovene template.
At this time, you may not post screenshots of Innovene templates on any public website for clients to view. We do not allow linking to the Innovene website template samples from any other website for clients to select designs on developers websites. You may only display Innovene template designs in private areas of your website or on a "client" page once a template has been custom setup for a client with your client's information and/or page text. Innovene templates may be
purchased by any developer and used to setup a website for any client without the client knowing the source of the design. You do not have to tell any client that the website you are creating is created with Innovene template, however, Innovene templates are sold exclusively on the Innovene website. It is a violation of this agreement if you post our template images on your public viewable website or display our template images on any webpage that can be found through a search at any search engine.
The above section only applies if you are considering re-selling Innovene templates which is NOT allowed at this time. This section is not indicating that the images you see in our template samples are not included for you to use on your own website. After your Innovene template purchase you will be sent the template download in a .zip file format. This download includes all the source code and all the images you see in the template
You may not resell, distribute or make multiple use of any Innovene template without the written consent of Innovene Co., Ltd., except for special uses outlined above.
